As Profiteering, Unscrupulous Corporations Lick CCP Boots, One NBA Player Takes a Stand
There IS an NBA Player Who Stands Against What is Truly Grotesque!
Enes Kanter – Center for the NBA’s Boston Celtics
Enes Kanter is from Turkey and one of the few NBA players to use his “platform” for something truly courageous.
On Nov. 16, he slammed the CCP for its systematic killing of prisoners of conscience to harvest their organs.
A London-based tribunal has confirmed that the CCP harvests organs in 2019.
from Epoch Times
In 2019, a London-based people’s tribunal confirmed the long-standing allegations after a year-long investigation. It found that Beijing had engaged in forced organ harvesting for years “on a significant scale,” and continues to do so. The main source of the organs, according to the tribunal, were practitioners of Falun Gong, a spiritual discipline based on the principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance, which has been brutally persecuted in China since 1999.
It is pretty simple to stand for popular social movements in the US today.
These movements require little sacrifice, and the corporations have crunched the numbers to identify which movements will least negatively affect their profits.
Corporate America has also shown reluctance to speak out on China’s human rights record.
Coca-Cola, Airbnb, Procter & Gamble, and Visa—major U.S. sponsors of the 2022 Beijing Olympics—declined to say whether they would support moving the Olympics to a different location when pressed by U.S. lawmakers this July.
As a matter of fact, these heartless corporations have calculated that hopping onto certain trending social movements may make them more money.
They again and again shamelessly refuse to take a stance against these atrocities for the sake of enhancing brand loyalty. Instead, they choose to back popular movements that tear apart the United States of America.
